Random

A few documented events these past couple months I have photographed. My visit with the Alpacas I pass every day to school, Our trip to Vegas/San Diego for Devon and Joe's trialthalon, a visit from a Lab/Pyrenees puppy I want to steal, and a visit from our good friends Ashley and Bucky and there newbie Brody. Excuse the funky coloring of the photos, after staring at the computer more than 5 minutes everything seems a blur and they seem to look different every time i look at them. I am too lazy to go back and tweek it more! I cant wait to use my film instead, and it is what it is!

VEETO and BOWIE

Our neighbor Colin's pup. They are the BEST of friends. We will miss Veeto the most. Below is Bowies favorite spot where he hides by the window and waits for Veeto to come outside and play. excuse the cruddy photography.

CARP #2

Due to our river rising, there are always HUGE carp hanging out on the side away from the current. We love to try and scoop them up with Adam's HUGE fishing net. It has become our favorite hobby to check daily for one...SERIOUSLY. We have seen three others...with out the success of catching! Dang Carp are smarter than you would think! Here is frame by frame our catch, escape, catch again and release.

I made fun of Adam shooting the "Peace" sign, but I guess it is supposed to represent fish #2. Haha we will be so sad to leave this place.

BIG FISH

yup

Sometimes...Not always, are we on the same page, and living in a studio apartment has its disadvantages, when you need some space. Adam always claims the riverside to "cool off"... as he did today. I believe it was over taxes or something, you know like WAY grown up stuff. While I start pretending to organize things in fury, Adam comes running in and literally says "We can fight later, come quick a big fish!"

We stopped fighting.
Thanks Big Fish.

Oh yeah, we live on the Provo River. we love it.

what little legs you have

DANGIT
I forgot my little survivor David Bowie WAS once so LITTLE and cute!
He is indeed still cute minus the little.
I used to carry him, but now he carries me.

I recently found these photos
They were taken in December, 2008.
(minus the one directly above and below)
I had Bowie now for two months,
and my first digital camera for a few months longer.
I had just moved into one of my favorite Provo apartments
with a roommate, to whom I hardly knew at the time

Natalie Abbott.
(Taken by Jessica Peterson at my weddddinnn day)
Soon to be Bestie.
All I knew is that she loved Radiohead,
and had a weimaraner.
So... I gave her the ok go.
It took us a few months to realize this potential,
but with our common love of dogs,
and a diet consisting of avocados,
peanut butter and honey sandwiches,
most importantly the outdoors and music,
It was indeed inevitable!
In the end I believe Bowie bonded us,
and made us realize we were the same person
Minus the 2 feet difference in height

Looking at these pictures gives me the exact feeling of how I felt...
in that room during that time in my life,
and the music I was probably listening to.
I love you Natalie, and Bowie
who lived with me during the Fiasco Bachelorette days
